I decided to piggyback this latest issue with F-T rather than start a new thread.

For the second day in a row, I got an FDP-105 (host unavailable) error trying to connect to my F-T account. It's wishful thinking that they'll restore the full detail capability they provided until last year. Perhaps it's just me, but why would you risk angering your customers by neutering a perfectly good feature as they did?

Another Monday, another FDP-105 error. @Quicken Kristina, should I start a new discussion on this outage since March 7th to have this investigated?

    Hello @AZCoder1959,

Thank you for letting us know you're now encountering a FDP-105 error. Since this problem has been persisting for longer than 48 hours, and there aren't any open alerts for the issue, per the guidance in our article on FDP-105 errors, I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for assistance. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

I apologize that I could not be of more assistance!

    Quicken Kristina

Thanks. I was hoping to find out if others are experiencing the same problem at the moment. FT has been having problems, on and off, for the last few months. It’s been on them, not Quicken.

For those unfamiliar, the FDP-105 error indicates a problem with the financial institution's server. This needs to be reported to Franklin-Templeton by Quicken.

I sent this screenshot directly to FT in the hopes of expediting a fix. Going through Quicken Support (IMO) only slows down the process. However, I believe that the tech team should be informed.

Thanks for splitting this off @Quicken Kristina (or whoever).

This morning, I emailed F-T again (a different way this time), since I did not get a response from my previous one.

Slightly different error code this morning. Perhaps server maintenance is underway:

    Thank you for the update,

The 2505 error typically means that something on the financial institution's end is blocking the connection. Per our article on known Quicken for Mac FDP errors, the recommended troubleshooting is to wait 24 hours, then try again.

    I hope this helps!

Thanks, @Quicken Kristina. Their server has been problematic for about a week now. We'll see if it comes back online by tomorrow or so.
