Why are the balances inaccurate for my Edward Jones accounts directly connected to Quicken Classic?

Quicken Classic Deluxe v. 8.5.1 (Build 805.60122.100) macOS 15.7.4

Clicking "Update Accounts" has no effect.

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing an issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:

    • When did you first notice this issue?
    • Which balance is incorrect (cash balance, market value, etc.)?
    • How far off is it (wildly incorrect, just a few dollars or cents off, etc.)?
      • Is the amount too high or too low?
    • Is it showing the correct amounts for your securities?
    • Are there any placeholders?
