Wells Fargo OL-303-A Error
I'm getting an OL-303-A error when trying to do my usual transaction download from Wells Fargo. The error says "Your financial institution couldn't recognize the account. [OL-303-A]"
I tried resetting the account but it didn't solve the problem. Any suggestions?

The OL-303-A error in Quicken typically occurs when the financial institution cannot recognize the account during the download request. This can happen if the account has been closed on the financial institution’s side, or if there is a temporary issue with the financial institution’s servers.
Since you mentioned that resetting the account did not resolve the issue, we recommend the following:
- First, confirm that the account is still open and active with Wells Fargo.
- If the account is active, wait about 24 hours and try downloading transactions again, as this error can sometimes be caused by a temporary server-side issue.
If the error persists longer than 24 hours and the account is still open, you will need to contact Wells Fargo directly so they can verify the account information and ensure their servers are recognizing the connection request.
