problem "exceeded max. no. datasets, can't open my data" after reinstalling quicken classsic

tried to reinstall quicken classic after subscription expired. when i try to open my data, i get an error message that says i have exceeded max. number of datasets, can't do anything until it's fixed, contact support. what do i do?

    You have to contact Quicken Support to resolve this problem.
