Unable to request updated full data download while previous request is active

Hi,

I would like to request a full download/export of all my data and documents.

However, I already submitted a download request earlier, and since those requests remain active for about one month, the system currently does not allow me to request a new, updated download.

The problem is that my data has changed since the original request, so the existing export is no longer up to date.

Is there any way to:

  • cancel the previous download request, or
  • generate a new updated export of my data while the existing request is still active?

    Thank you for reaching out! I recommend contacting Quicken LifeHub Support directly for assistance, since there is no way to cancel the existing request or create a new one through the web application. You can find their contact information at this link: https://support.lifehub.quicken.com/en/

    Near the lower-right corner of that page, click the message icon to display the contact options.

    I'm not seeking to contact LifeHub Support for this….. I'm new to LifeHub, and trying to make sense of whether this product is worth anything….

    If the ability to download your data is an important feature, then this information from the release notes from when the feature was added may be useful to you:

    New Features

    • Download your household data for safekeeping

    In Settings, you'll now find you can generate a zip file of all your data. We'll notify you when it's ready and you can download PDFs of all your items, users, list of attachments, and folders. You'll also have all your attached documents organized into folders by their item category. Our intent is for you to be able to have a backup of your information on a schedule that suits you. We are still working on providing slices of your data for printing or sharing.

    Note: You can only request a download link for your household data once every 30 days from the initial request. Another request can be made after the expiration date.
