Deleted Bill Reminders keep returning

I've tried multiple ways to delete bill reminders; however, they keep returning. I don't sync to the cloud (though a sync does sometimes occur when adding new accounts). Very frustrating!

    I'm using Quicken Classic Deluxe RR66.28. This has been happening the past few months despite many…many attempts to edit/delete bill reminders

    Hello @GH8884,

    Thank you for sharing your experience and reporting the issue you are running into.

    I have some follow-up questions for you:

    • Did you use the Quicken Cloud in the past?
    • Where is your data file located?
      • You can see this by going to File. The first file listed near the bottom of the menu is the file you are currently in. The file pathway will be displayed there, and that is what we are looking for.
    • Is your file being synced/backed up by any third-party services like OneDrive, Dropbox, or Carbonite?

    We can try validating your file to see if that clears it up for us.

    To Validate:

    1. Save a backup.
    2. Go to File.
    3. Select Validate and Repair file… Validate and Repair 2.png
    4. Check the first box for Validate file.
    5. Click Ok.

    Once the validation has completed, it will produce a report of anything it has found/corrected. Let us know if anything has changed or if the reminder continues to reappear.
