one step update
The One Step Update process is getting longer and longer to complete. And now it is not completing at all even after running twice for over 30 minutes! It never finishes and I have to use Task Manager to shut it down.
This has been a repetitive issue and its getting worse. If you look at the forum there is another message from me about this SAME issue from back in November 2021!!!!
I need help to fix this once and for all. HELP

First thing to do is to try to identify the account(s) with the problem.
SO, for each institution that you download from, open an account register, click the GEAR icon in the upper right corner and click "Update Now".
Do some/most of your accounts update in a reasonable time? What Financial Institution, and what type of account(s) have the problem.
Also, your profile reads "Windows 2017", which hasn't been able to download for over 20 years. SO, please do HELP, About Quicken and tell us the specific Q product that you're running and the RELEASE of that product.

I ran the first account from Bank of America, only one account, and even though it reported "complete", it never finishes and the screen stays on. It sat for over 20 minutes.

@bobwills828 - It seems that there is an ongoing issue with BofA returning multiple issues/errors. Perhaps what is in this Alert is what is behind the issue you are experiencing?: UPDATED 3/27/26 Bank of America Migration/Something went wrong error.
