I am unable to update my bond and CD quotes from Fidelity. I am using Express Web Connect+. It appears this started on or about February 1, 2026

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information:
- Are they tracked as securities in your Quicken?
- If they are, did you confirm that they have valid ticker symbols?
- Was there anything that happened around the same time that the issue started, like a program/computer update or an unexpected program/computer shutdown?
- Are they not updating at all, or are the updates delayed?
- If they're delayed, about how long is the delay?
