Reconcile screen does not have a new date section

I've been going back and forth with chat re this matter. My reconciliation does NOT have a new date section like the above. My prior dates need to be updated to a 2026 date, and so far Chat has not been able to advise correctly because I still have the old date.

- Could you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing?
- When was the last time it was working correctly?
- Have you tried restoring a backup from a point before the issue began?
