PNC Direct Connect issue

Is there any update on this? As of last night I am still unable to download transactions or upload payments using PNC Direct Connect.

We’re aware of connectivity issues with PNC Direct Connect, and I’d like to ask a few questions to better understand what you’re experiencing.
Are you seeing any error codes when you try to update or upload payments?
Or does the download process complete without errors, but no new transactions appear?I look forward to your reply.

I've been having the same issue for about a week. Getting an OL-297-A error.

Thank you for letting me know that you are experiencing the OL-297-A error.
We currently have an active alert open for PNC regarding this issue. I recommend monitoring the alert, as it will be updated with any new information as it becomes available.
