I'm getting error CC-501 on my Chase Accounts. Looking for resolution?
I have one checking, one money market, one visa and two investment accounts with Chase. Yesterday I got error message CC-501. Your FAQ suggested waiting 24 hours, which I did. Getting the same error message.

I would make a backup and then try deactivating the online services for one of the Chase accounts and then reactivate it. Just a suggestion.

I thought of that but since this is an "unknown error" my fear is the system is not reaching Chase, and so reactivation could fail.
I need to know what this unknown error is so that either Chase, Quicken, or I can correct the problem.

I fixed it.
This morning I saw a charge come through on my Chase Checking, but still got the error. I went on the Chase site and verified that Quicken still had access, and it did.
I went to one of the two JPM Investment accounts and did a "reset" under Online Services. This started the authentication process. All Chase accounts showed linked to existing except the one investment account that I reset. I was able to re-link to the existing. I ran OSU a few times and it's working. One entry showed up against the investment account, and I suspect it was really just that one account in trouble, and nothing was passing through the other accounts because there was nothing to report, until that one charge against my checking account today.
