Navy Federal Credit Union Missing Recent Transactions

It appears that since the beginning of April, no transactions are downloading, and I am not receiving any error messages.

I will try again to tomorrow… although they show as processed by NFCU, one of them was from Friday. Although there is also one missing from 4/3/26

    I’d like to ask a few questions to help us better understand why transactions are missing:

    • Has the sort order in your account register been changed? Please confirm it’s sorted by Date. You can do this by clicking the top of the Date column in your account register.

    • Do you have any filters set? If so, please click the Clear Filters button to the right of the account register’s filter dropdowns.
    • Are you using Web Connect? Some financial institutions only allow transactions to download after the statement closing date, so new transactions may not appear until then.
      To confirm the connection type:
      • Go to Settings at the bottom of the account
      • Click on Downloads
      • Check the connection type listed there

    • Have you recently deleted any transactions?
    • Was the transaction moved from one account register to another?
    • Did you restore an older backup file after downloading transactions?

    Any update on this? I'm not getting anything downloaded from NFCU in April.
