With these escalations, our teams do communicate directly with the bank and with our service provider. So, yes, there would be one or more people at Golden 1 CU working on this with us.

Continued no connection possible with Golden 1 credit union since late February. Here we are in May! I'm a Quicken Classic user for the last 25 years. I am very frustrated. Logging into the bank site and manually updating my Quicken register every day is getting old. Please fix this!
