How can I get the online backup to backup my data with three different currencies

i have Quciken Classic and it won't back up online. I have been in touch with Quicken help desk via telephone but they couldn't fix it and promised to email me when they have found a solution. That was over a month ago now and I've heard nothing. One of the currencies (the cash one) does back up but I don't really use that. Does anyone out there have any idea how I can fix it? I am paying Quicken for this service and it doesn't work.

Having currencies included in your Q data file shouldn't have anything to do with backing up. I have 2 currencies in my "production" file.

SO, let's dig a bit deeper.

How do you have those currencies recorded in Q? Are they in 3 separate accounts, because Q can only hold a single currency in any 1 account.

HOW are you initiating that online backup, and is it to Q's Online backup service? Q does a file-by-file backup, not account-by-account, so I don't understand your statement about "one … doesn't backup". Please clarify.

What Q product are you running and what build of that product? This info is at HELP, About Quicken.
