Quicken for Mac: Downloaded Transactions still being renamed and categorized

I've started using Quicken for Mac a few months ago. For some reason, in spite of having cleared the renaming and quick fill rules, and unchecked the "Automatically improve the quality of downloaded payee names and categories", each time I download transactions there are several that are categorized and all the payees are renamed. I have to select all new transactions and "Revert to downloaded payee name".

I've noticed that the question has been asked from the Mac community multiple times over the years. Am I missing something in the settings, something arcane? or has Quicken not yet fixed this issue?

    @necochino I believe this is known/acknowledged bug. If I recall correctly, it was a problem which was fixed at some point, but then the bug slipped back into the code.

    Check in the next release to see if it has been fixed.
