Can't find transaction detail to review in Loan under Property & Debt category
I had an equity load set up in Quicken that would download details from Merrill Lynch. The loan had been paid off. Once the loan was paid off, the payment detail tab disappeared. I am trying to do another download from Merrill Lynch (I just used the equity line again). Quicken won't allow me to reset and download again. "Account Hypo Loan cannot be reset because there are downloaded transactions that must first be accepted into the account register or transaction list. Finish accepting the downloaded transactions, and then try again." When I click on the loan name it tells me I have 29 transaction to review but I can't find anywhere to see the details of the 29. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how did you resolve the issue?

Thank you for sharing what you are experiencing. I'd appreciate if you could provide a bit more information.
- In the Account Details window, under the General tab, what type of account is Quicken displaying?
(You can check this by clicking the gear icon and selecting Edit Account Details.)
- Do you see the Online Services tab in the Account Details window? If so, does it list the financial institution as Merrill Lynch – Mortgage?
- Where is your Quicken data file currently stored?
To check, open Quicken and go to File. At the bottom of the menu, under recent files, the file with the checkmark is the one currently open. Please let me know the full file path shown there. - Have you tried validating your file?
