I continue to encounter error code c-502 and I am unable to access and download my accounts with EECU Fresno. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now. They changed their domain address and for some reason Quicken is still unable to locate my account that I've had for several years. This is getting very frustrating.

This has been escalated internally. At this time, there is no estimated timeframe for a resolution. I recommend monitoring the alert, as it will be updated as soon as new information becomes available.
