Is there any word on if/when the ability to schedule repeating Quick Pay payments will be available?

I have seen many discussions on this dating back several years. Is this still on the product roadmap, and is there any kind of ETA? This seems like pretty fundamental functionality for a bill payment application, and I am surprised that I don't see anything too recent on it.
