One step update is working but error when using QFX file?
Have been going to my bank site (glacier National Bank) and downloading QFX files for years and worked till a week ago. Now get "Quicken is unable to complete your request.[OL-220-A] [OL-220-b]". I set up "one step update" and it works fine? Any ideas why the QFX file doesn't work anymore, when the one key site does?

Here's the info about OL-220-A
And, it you'd name the bank, as it's known in Q, we might be able to provide more specific advice.
And, what do you mean by "one key". That's not a standard Q term.

Sorry it's "one step update" and it works fine just not a QFX file.

I can find a "Glacier Bank" and a "Glacier Family of Banks", but no "Glacier National Bank"
Glacier Bank https://www.glacierbank.com/ 800-735-4371 https://connect.glacierbank.com/login ACTIVE ACCOUNTINFO,BANKING,PAYMENT&DIRECT BANKING&WEB-CONNECT BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT
Glacier Family of Banks https://www.glacierbank.com/ 1-800-735-4371 https://www.netteller.com/login2008/Authentication/Views/Login.aspx?returnUrl=%2fglacierfamily ACTIVE BANKING,ACCOUNTINFO,PAYMENT&DIRECT BANKING&WEB-CONNECT BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT
They both, as shown, support Web Connect (downloading a QFX file), but not for credit type accounts. Is that the type of account you're trying to download?
AND, why go to that effort when both Direct Connect and Express Web Connect are available?
