    I was added to a Ticket 11974368 and was told I would get an email update.

    I too have this issue and have long had it, and the workarounds don't do anything. I did the REport Problem thing at least twice.

    One important note though: the same issue is also happening with a Vanguard account. I do not think the issue is Fidelity-specific. It is something in how Quicken handles the various security identifiers (CUSIP, ISIN, Symbol, etc.) that is flawed. This is making Quicken painful to use.

    Up until this point I have only been experiencing the Unidentified Security issue with my Fidelity 401k account.

    As of this past week I started seeing the issue occur in my Fidelity Brokerage equities account too.

    This problem appears to be only getting worse and there still no indication that it is being worked on.

    Every fund with the exception of Total Stock Market Index are coming in as Unidentified. Report a problem has been transmitted. This is absurd to have gone on this long.

    Thanks for uploading the logs and for letting us know which securities were affected. I’ve added this information to the investigation ticket.

    We understand how frustrating this situation can be. The issue has been ongoing and involves multiple parties: Quicken, the aggregation service provider, and the financial institution, which adds complexity and can impact resolution time.

    @Quicken Carlos - in your response above on May 4 to my post you mentioned CTP-16940. What is the difference between CTP-16940 and CTP-16956 and why was CTP-16956 dropped from the latest "UPDATED 5/6/26 Fidelity Updates" post?

    Thanks for following up and for your questions above.

    The main difference between CTP-16940 and CTP-16956 is that CTP-16940 was originally created for a single security after we started receiving reports related to FXAIX. After we received additional reports involving multiple securities, CTP-16956 was created to track the broader issue. However, the root cause may be the same for both cases.

    I’ve updated the CTP referenced in the May 4th post to help avoid any confusion.

    Regarding the latest “UPDATE 5/6/26,” the CTP is listed in the “In Progress or Under Investigation” section, near the bottom.
