missing transactions

sold Novartis on Schwab - generated these two transactions which did not show up in quicken. found during reconciliation

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
    This problem may have to be escalated to higher support levels.

    Before going to Quicken Support, I suggest you get a clear explanation from Schwab about these two transactions. What are they in the real world? They appear to be some sort of back-dating correction perhaps reversing transactions previously entered or missed in March.

    I would want to know what transactions should go into Quicken. Off of what you presented here, no level of Suport is going to figure it out.
