Anja, why did you close the question about the problems Quicken was having with Fiduciary Trust International. I have two reasons: 1) the person who posed the question was incorrect about not being able to download from FTIC. I was able until February 2025. Frequent calls to FTIC led to dead ends. FTIC said to deal with Quicken. I only happened to see that I could download today 11/30/25 because I tried it by chance.
2) Now that I get SOME transactions, I still don't have those from February 2025 and early September when my initial attempt ended. At that time, I ran into a series of "Split Ratio exceeds 1000:1" messages.
3) Getting the transactions for the past year is going to be an issue because Quicken gives some cryptic instructions to upload CSV files (I can create them from PDF files I convert) but getting the File Importer to work is not straight forward.
Can you please fix some of these issues soon?
