    Anja, why did you close the question about the problems Quicken was having with Fiduciary Trust International. I have two reasons: 1) the person who posed the question was incorrect about not being able to download from FTIC. I was able until February 2025. Frequent calls to FTIC led to dead ends. FTIC said to deal with Quicken. I only happened to see that I could download today 11/30/25 because I tried it by chance.

    2) Now that I get SOME transactions, I still don't have those from February 2025 and early September when my initial attempt ended. At that time, I ran into a series of "Split Ratio exceeds 1000:1" messages.

    3) Getting the transactions for the past year is going to be an issue because Quicken gives some cryptic instructions to upload CSV files (I can create them from PDF files I convert) but getting the File Importer to work is not straight forward.

    Can you please fix some of these issues soon?

    You have help me greatly in the past and Quicken support does not understand my problem. I recently removed a paid off auto loan from my Quicken Classic Deluxe. Now I have a problem with Banking (assets) amounts v Net Worth - they are appearing to be the same. I have an open Capital One credit balance of approx. $ 1103.00. My Banking amount should total all of my available assets. My Net Worth should be banking/assets minus the open balance of the credit card but after deleting the auto loan the amounts are the same. Can you advice me on how to correct ?

    HI Anja, I have not been able to reconnect all of my Bank of America accounts so i can download the data, so i have stopped my renewal. I would prefer to keep it but Quicken Classic is useless without the ability to download the data. Do you have an update. I have tried to in Account Details / Online Services set up now my banking information but every time I do I get the Oops We're having a problem try again in a few hours. Do not contact your Bank they cannot fix this problem. This has been ongoing for ? 6 weeks now. My username is Drewgost if you could get back to me when you have time.
