    Hello Janean, I appreciate the updates. I love that they fixed the duplicate entry problem in my Fidelity accounts. But, there needs to be a way to have Quicken ask the user what account to match the transactions to. Meaning, I have already set up my accounts with selected names. When Quicken downloads transactions they show in different named accounts which will show as new accounts. I'm not sure how to get this corrected. Maybe I should try to rename my accounts to the names showing in the downloads?

    I have been a loyal user of Quicken for over 30 years. I use it to track virtually everything about my finances. Every transaction. There is no software package I rely on more than Quicken. But lately, I have been very frustrated. Nearly all of my money is with Fidelity Investments, and your interface with Fidelity is not working properly. As a result, I constantly have to go in and manually fix the things that Quicken and Fidelity should be updating automatically. This is especially true with the CASH balance (i.e. Fidelity Cash Reserves).

    PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!

    It has been ANOTHER 2 months without Direct Connect access to Edward Jones accounts. It was VERY BRIEFLY corrected in October, but the next Quicken update destroyed it once again. This is maddening that the issue is NOTED by Quicken, CAUSED by Quicken, and cannot be permanently CORRECTED by Quicken. You are killing your long-term customer base. Do something about it ASAP, or lose one more 20+ year customer.
