    I have just purchased and downloaded the latest version of Quicken - Quicken 2019.  I have been using Quicken for +/-20 years.  When it was installing, I received a message saying it had failed.  I closed the web site, found the downloaded file, double clicked on it to start the install.  I then received a message saying I had to uninstall the existing version, using Control Panel.  So here is the interesting thing - Quicken does not exist in the Apps (I use Windows 10).  How can it not exist?  How can I install the new pragram if I can't uninstall the old one?

      My wife is the primary Quicken user and has all of our BOA accounts in her profile, at BOA website and Quicken. Ever since she upgraded to the subscription model and installed the new app in late April, her BOA profile gets locked out, very frequently, sometimes every night. We can reset the PW at bank website, then go into desktop Quicken and change it there and everything seems to work fine for a day.

      We think we have narrowed the issue down to Quicken on the Web, and our phone apps, where it will say something like "You have 4 accounts that need your attention" I THINK WHAT IS HAPPENING IS THIS: Any time our phone apps or Quicken on the Web opens and tries to connect it fails, locking the account. I have looked everywhere on how to disable Quicken on the Web and phone apps from trying to connect but cannot find it. Because we are very mobile, we are using the web based almost more than the desktop these days, and log in from 2 phones, 2 tablets, and possibly 2 PCs. (As well as having Quicken desktop on our main home PC)

      PLEASE CAN YOU HELP US? I WAS NEAR A MAJOR MELTDOWN ONE DAY THIS WEEK TRYING TO MAKE IT STOP. I WAS CAUGHT IN A CIRCULAR PROCESS OF CHANGING THE PASSWORD ONLY TO GET LOCKED OUT AGAIN, PROBABLY 4-5 TIMES IN A ROW. I TRIED GETTING HELP AT BOA, BUT THEY CONTINUE TO INSIST THEY DON'T SUPPORT QUICKEN ISSUES, AND THIS IS A QUICKEN SUPPORT PROBLEM.

      She has tried going through steps with support chat, but nothing they have tried has permanently resolved the issue. It recurrs.

      I just installed 19.44 and Bills and Income no longer works correctly. When I try to pay a bill Quicken enters the wrong account, date and Catagory. How can I back off the patch 19.44

      Concerning your alert on the Community: CC-501 and CC-898 error problem, which calls for us to submit a report from Quicken Help, I've been trying to send a report for the last week and keep getting the error message, "Unable to send report to Quicken, please try again." My CC 501 error is with accounts from First Interstate Bank and U.S. Bank.

      I tried opening and closing all the log files, as suggested in a thread on the Unable to Send problem, but the error persists. I am using Quicken Deluxe 2017 (R19.5).

      I note also that, in regard to the instruction to "reply to this message directly," the e-mail was from a "no-reply" address.

      Constantly receiving the one step update error. Tried to change online user, passwords, etc. to no avail. When are you fixing this? Citi Bank, and many others.

      The resolution of the missing data does not quite make sense. I did the file validate and fix last night but when I did the one step update today the problem reoccurred and I had to do the validate and fix again. Unless they fixed the program, why won't it occur tomorrow morning. Something cause the missing data. What is the root cause.

      I too have downloaded the Mondo patch with no resolution. I deactivated my account and set it up again and it will still only do Web Pay and get same error when I try to get Direct Connect

      This is still not working for me. Says the patch will not work on my version which is up to date.

      I'm very frustrated that the hot fix for Windows R21.17 is installed (even rebooted) but did nothing to solve the problem. This is the same CC501 error when I try to download updates from my bank and credit card company. Please help.

      Reference the 'Discover Card/Bank Returns OL-301 Error' which was "fixed" tonight, I tried to reactivate my Discover account and I still get an OL-295-A error. Only my Discover account does not link after the R21.17 update. Discover Tech says there's no error on their end.

      There is a continuing, recurrent problem with direct connect to TD Bank since Feb 2018. Almost every time I use Quicken, I have to call helpline and wait for hours to fix problem with TD Bank connection. Usually I have to disconnect downloads and reconnect accounts at TD Bank, but I have 13 accounts at TD Bank and this is very cumbersome. When is Quicken going to address this? Every time I call help line, no one seems to realize this ongoing problem. This has been happening for over a year and it makes Quicken almost useless with TD Bank!

      Hi Kathryn, Your post about Synchrony user account updates to personal info is correct in part. I can now manually log into Synchrony's web page and see my account/s. However I still can't use Quicken update. I just now saw an announcement that your working this problem.

      Hi Kathryn -
      when I try to download transactions from my Synchrony Bank acct to Quicken 2017, I get error code OL-221-A and OL-221-B, and I am not able to download the transactions.

      Same for us with Synchrony Bank with a Sams Club Mastercard plus also not able to download Good Sam Rewards Visa by Comenity Capital Bank! Very frustrating so say the least! Hope the "fix" is resolved quickly!

      I saw notice the 502 error with Synchrony Bank cards was resolved as of 11/11/19 yet I am still getting the 502 error on my WestElm credit card trying to update in my windows subscription of quicken. Is there another fix or step I am not aware of?
