HI Splasher. Thank you for showing how to turn rent tabs on. Can you watch this 6 minute video I just made detailing all the issues I'm having with the rent section? I haven't a CLUE what I'm doing wrong. I'm brand new to quicken (Quickbooks was worse the this and it cost 5 times more. It doesn't allow multi-level categorization of expenses and we have a $1,800.000 loan I'm managing for construction and it's got MANY layers of expenses and budget items (2nd Story Renovation > Apartment B > Drywall) and Quicken seemed to handle that MUCH better than Quick Books.
But this rent thing is making me grow gray hairs. What am I doing wrong?
