One Step Update Very Slow

FIXED IT! I closed the account (In my case, Discover Card) that Quicken repeatedly wanted me to reauthorize. TOOLS --> MANAGE HIDDEN ACCOUNTS --> Select CLOSE ACCOUNT Button1
