@CaliQkn Quicken and Target need to work together on a solution; it doesn't entirely rest on Target. Also, DirecTV has 2FA and doesn't require it every time.1 -

The card is not locked. I do not use virtual card numbers. I am the only authorized user. The issue, like others are having, is that it cannot find the account number and zip code combo.1
