The change in your Opening Balance is a bug caused by using QWeb and/or QMobile. Turn them off and the issue should stop. Also, many SuperUsers suggest storing the Opening Balance amount in the Memo …1 -

Q can only import CSV files for security prices … BUT the ImportQIF can convert your CSV to something Q ccan use. Use the searchbox at the top of the forum to find it.1
