For those 2 transactions, are the Payee names the same? Try slightly altering them to reflect the purpose. And I suspect that what's being downloaded, as decided by your FI NOT Q, is generic … s…-1 -

What's the problem with ignoring FCASH (which, BTW, is NOT a real security) and just showing the cash as cash? That's what I do.-1
