Don't record the match in your paycheck. Set it up as a separate transactions, directly into Account B with a category that shows that it's an Employer Match.1 -

Since the payment is a debit, you'd record the credit as a Negative number within the split, probably using the Mortgage Interest category.1 -

Which "fidelity" did you open the HSA with? There are multiple institutions with "fidelity" in the name.1 -

Just use "Fidelity Investments" as the bank name for this Investments type account. And, I have 6 accounts with them recorded in Q ... and NO problems with any of the 6.1
