I still can't get anything other than a zero dollar balance. I am paying for a subscription and I expect poor programing to be fixed in a timely manner1 -

Quicken still connects and claims success, but I still end up with a zero balance. TSP is not the problem. I am able to download the numbers with USAA and Credit Karma. Not a problem with them. Only …1
