Have you tried tried unchecking both Date & Time, doing a backup and quitting Quicken and then restart and only check the Date box to see if that resets it properly?2 -

One caveat though, if you are using QMobile/QWeb, they will have to be reestablished as that part is tied to your existing Quicken ID and is not accessible via the new Quicken ID.1 -
