Quicken's check writing function converts the numeric value into words, but I don't see any way to copy and paste that into another application, as the OP apparently wants.1 -

Thanks John Ellis. I have the same problem with SWGXX. I've been treating it as a security. In a Fidelity account we have Q allows FDRXX to be treated as cash. FWIW my file is 390352kb1 -
