I took the liberty of reviewing your account using the email associated with your Community profile and I see a subscription for Home, Bussiness & Rental Property.
May I ask that you sign in to https://www.quicken.com/
using the email that is associated with your Community account and confirm the tier that is listed under the "Quicken Section."
If the Quicken Home, Bussiness & Rental Property is listed, I would uninstall the existing Quicken program using the steps listed here
Then I would reinstall from the "My Account" page shown above.
