Budget credit card/loan payments/savings in Mac 2017?

Is there a way to budget transfers like credit card payments, loan payments, savings transfers? I've tried using categories but they cancel out each other in the budget since I can't filter out specific accounts. Budgeting with Quicken Mac has proven to be quite frustrating unfortunately.
