While you marked this as Quicken for Mac, you still left out a lot of details. You are likely going to need more than a copy of 2007. Note: there are two flavors of the former: One ('Lion Compatible" 16.1.x) definitely won't work. The older PPC based on (16.0.x) might work, but is harder to find.
There are a few stair step versions you would ideally need to get 2000 moved forward. At an ideal bare minimum, you would need QMac 2005, and an older MacOS X based machine that will run it. You didn't mention if the old machine you have running 2000 is capable of running OS X as well. And from there, you would want to go to 2007 (either version mentioned above will work)
Considering all the hoops you have to jump through-and that is dependent if you can acquire the older versions or hardware to run them on, you might wish to cut your loses and start a new file in 2018. Waiting 20 years to upgrade puts a lot to chance.0 -
