budget - issue adding "Investment" Category and SubCategories

Using Quicken Deluxe 2019 Version 5.9.2 on Mac OS High Sierra Version 10.13.6
When trying to set up a budget, the system won't let me add the category "Investment" or its related subcategories.  This category and its subcategories just don't show up on the list when I edit the budget and click on "select categories".  The category is there when I go to Window > Categories, and the category and related subcategories get used all the time in my transactions.

Unfortunately, at this time budgets do not support the inclusion of investment related categories. You can add your VOTE to Add investment income on budgets.

First, click on the underlined link above to go there, then click VOTE at the top of THAT page, so your vote will count for THIS feature and increase its visibility to the developers by seeking to have the features you need or desire end up in the latest version.

While you are at it, you may want to add your VOTE to related IDEAS found on the 
List of Requests Related to Investments and the List of Requests Related to Budgets. Click on the underlined link, then follow the instructions to add your vote to more related ideas. Your VOTES matter!
