“No Budget Available” message on mobile after New Year

I created a new desktop budget (latest MAC version) for 2019 but my mobile quicken (latest iOS version) doesn’t seem connected to it and the app says “No Budget Available”.

Make sure the budget is open in the budget area when you sync.
