    Hello Mark. appreciate your question.

    In 2007, I would do the following:
    [ ] Click on File, Backup to Disk, and save the ".qdfm" file of your original data to the Desktop.

    Once you have 2019 installed, I would do the following if it doesn't find the file automatically:

    [ ] When it says "Start from Scratch" choose "Start from Quicken for Mac 2007 File."
    [ ] A screen will open and ask to "Select File to Convert", click on this and choose the file that you saved on the desktop. Choose Open.
    [ ] Click Next to start importing the data.

    If all goes well, within a few minutes, your new data will appear in 2019.
