Intuit password

i am attempting to download transactions. I keep gettting message to enter intuit password, but there is no space provided to enter the password.

If you’re being prompted for an
Intuit Id
password, you need to apply an update to the Quicken program to use the
Quicken ID
instead. I suggest you download and apply the appropriate Mondo Patch:

Did you just re-install Quicken or install it on a different computer?
Also, which version (year) of Quicken are you using?

The Intuit ID hasn’t been used by Quicken for about 18 months now, there’s a new Quicken ID, so it sounds like you may have an out of date version.
Tell us some more about your setup. What version of Quicken are you using? (2016, 2017 etc.) On the Help menu, select "about Quicken" and you’ll find the details there. Let us know what it says and we might be able to help.
