Please fix Privileges on FAQ threads for SUs

This seems like a configuration misstep.

It seems that the intent to allow Editing of FAQ threads is there BUT we can only ADD comments to FAQs, even after they are closed BUT we cannot Edit any other parts, like we can for other areas of the forum.

Since the vast majority of FAQs are generated by SUs, it seems to make sense to allow them to edit them, rather than have to engage the mods each time an edit is required.

Please restore edit capability in FAQs.
