How can I change the standard " Income Year to Date" Report

How can I change the "Income Year to Date Report that is on the Home-Investments options screen?

The Income Year-To-Date item on a Home view is not customizable.  We may produce the equivalent using a customized Income and Expense by Category report: select Report > Spending > Income and Expense by Category

In what way do you want to change it?  AND, what Q product are you running?  What Build/Release of Q (do HELP, About Quicken for this info)

Quicken Delux 2017 Version R19.1, Build 26.1.19.1. I want to customize the report. Other reports have that option but this one doesn't appear to have a customize option.
