Well, first off, there isn't an "Accountant's Review" function in Q as there is in QB. That function allows the accountant of a QB user to make changes to the data file that can them be reincorporated into the user's main file.
SO, then the question becomes, what software does the accountant have? If they have remote viewing software, they can just log into your file directly.
OR, you can send them a Backup copy of your Q data file ... but any changes made there will overwrite and changes that YOU'VE made to the main file when restored.
Thusly, I'd suggest that you work with your accountant to determine what REPORTS, are needed and that you send those. Any desired changes can then be manually input by you.

To Clarify, in NotACPA's explanation, Q = Quicken, QB = Quickbooks, which are two very different products.
Snowman
And now, two very different owners!
