unable to download my one america 401k account.

I have a download in my quicken from one america that isn't mine. I can't get mine to download into my account.

OneAmerica, at least for my wife's 4043b account, offers Direct Connect. Is that how you're downloading into Q.
Do TOOLS, Account List and look in the Transctions Download column to determine the download method.

Are you saying that you are getting someone else's data and not your own?
If you log into the One America website using the same credentials, do you see your correct data?
