Report categories are missing

All of a sudden, my reports (from a saved one) is excluding certain categories. I've checked to make sure the categories are included in my current budget, and in the report customization I've also made sure they are checked and also specified that all categories be included in the report. Any ideas?

Are all accounts selected, too?
Have you tried creating a new report, from scratch, and customizing it to your needs?
Reports saved in older versions of Quicken may sometimes not function properly when used with a newer version.
