UPDATED 11/16/19: Users Unable to Add Capital One eBills/Online Billers

We are receiving reports of Quicken for Mac and Windows Users receiving an error when attempting to add or update eBills/Online Bills with Capital One.

At this time Capital One is "throttling" or blocking connections from our bills provider when attempting to add/update eBills/Online Bills.

Our provider is engaged with Capital One and are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we recommend allowing up to 48 hrs or attempting to add/update Capital One eBills at different times of the day or week.

This issue does not affect adding or updating accounts to download transactions and only applies to Users attempting to add Capital One eBills/Online Bills to Quicken for Mac and Windows.

    Adding Capital One as an online biller is still failing and returning a "Biller Account Locked" error message.

    Some customers may find their account locked after attempting to add or refresh Capital One as an online biller. It's important that we do not attempt to add Capital One as an online biller at this time.

    We are currently working on a fix, however, there is no ETA as of this time.

    This issue is continuing and all Quicken for Windows and Mac Users are still unable to add "Capital One" as an e-biller/Online Biller.

    We are continuing to work with our Service Providers and Capital One to resolve this issue as soon as possible, however there is no ETA on when a solution will be available.
