How do you hide hidden accounts when you create reports?

your reply is for current QMac. OP is asking about QM2007.
In QM2007, hiding accounts does NOT hide them from reports and there is no option to do so. Alternatively, what I and some others do is rename the hidden accounts with some prefix that sorts them to the bottom of the list so they are out of the way. I use OPT-G to give me a © (copyright) symbol, which for me represents a "Closed" account.
