How do I run a report showing my spending for the last year but broken down by category per month? I know how to do it by month but not one report that lists each month with detail by category all in one report.

With the spending by category report you may need to widen it on your screen to see the Interval setting at the top. Set it to Month and you should be good to goQWin Premier subscription5

And please remember to set the Date Range for the report. It defaults to "Year to Date".
If you want to see last year's data, select "Last year" from the Date Range selection list.

That's a standard report in QWin. It's called "Spending by Category" ... and then you select MONTH for the column option.Why doesn't that work for you.

Yes, I can do it by one month at a time but I want a report that shows a span of months - ie Jan - June with each month showing the spending in each category.0
