Security Issue? Is this a legit Quicken Message? Hope NOT!
Your quicken membership will expire on (date).
To avoid interruption... click here. (Link to ...ct.sendgrid.net/... lots of characters).
1) Is this a legitimate Quicken message?
2) NO VENDOR should send emails seeking clicks to strange links. This is pretty basic for security practice. Quicken, I hope this is NOT your practice.

Unfortunately, it has been officially confirmed that sendgrid.net IS a site that Quicken does use to send notifications (though I do not agree with their choice as it does not come from the Quicken.com domain and raises questions and doubts). (see reply here: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/19889210/#Comment_19889210)
That said, a place to verify to some degree the legitimacy of the notification is to log into your Quicken.com account and check your expiration date or in your About Quicken within the Quicken software. That's where I would start.Have Questions? Help Guide for Quicken for Mac

Thanks, smayer97. Yes, good practice is to type "Quicken.com" into the address bar and login. Poor practice is to send links to strange sites. And, dangerous practice is to click on links in received emails.
Thanks... I have logged in at quicken.com and resolved the issue.1
