Is there a "GO TO TRANSFER" Feature in Quicken Mac 2019 like in the old QM2007? I can't find one, and so need to open the sending register and search for the parent transaction. Please let me know if I'm missing it. Thanks.

Yes there is, but you must have the Transfer column showing. If you don't have the Transfer column showing, click menu View > Columns to enable it. Then when you hover over that column, you will see a little arrow pop up
. Click that arrow and the other account register will open in a new window with related transaction selected.

Meanwhile, you can add your VOTE to Add Keyboard Shortcut to Jump to Other Side of Transfer Transaction.
First, click on the underlined link above to go there, then click the little grey triangle under the VOTE count at the top of page 1 in the blue banner, so your vote will count for THIS feature and increase its visibility to the developers by seeking to have the features you need or desire end up in the latest version (it may take a few seconds for your vote to register).
While you are at it, you may want to add your VOTE to related IDEAS found on the
List of Requests for Data Entry and Usability Options and Features. Click on the underlined link, then follow the instructions to add your vote to more related ideas.
